How It Works

• One box of food assists in feeding a family of four for about one week, or a single adult for almost a month.
• The food is not out-dated or damaged. Only fresh, quality products are provided using the same distributors that supply grocery stores.
• Each month’s menu is different than the previous month.
• To order the specials, you must order at least one regular box of food at $30 or a senior box at $28.
• There is no limit on the number of boxes that an individual can order.
• There is no monthly obligation. Order as often or as little as you like.
• We accept food stamps or cash only. (No personal checks.) Payment is due when you place your order. Orders can only be placed in person on specific dates / times.
• When you pick up your food you’ll always have an opportunity to order from the next month’s menu at that time.
• Someone else can pick-up your food for you as long as they have your receipt. (Remember to pick-up food you’ll also want to bring an empty box or laundry basket.)
• All orders must be picked up on delivery day, at the specified times.
• Any order not picked up on delivery day will be donated to an area food pantry.

Please keep in mind that this is a ministry and not a business! Cottonwood Heights is not providing this service to make money, but rather to help others in the West Michigan area. We’re thankful for this opportunity to connect with others. We can all use help with our grocery budgets. We all long for good food to eat.
